Since beginning my legal practice in 2006, I have prioritized a personalized approach to every client and their legal matters. My focus lies in realistically assessing the options available based on each client’s unique situation and offering the most suitable solutions.
I provide legal services across various areas of law to individuals and small business owners, supporting them in both personal and professional matters. My clients also include companies, to whom I offer comprehensive legal support—ranging from debt recovery to employment law.
Real-Estate Law
At some point in life, everyone faces the need to buy, sell, donate, or rent real estate. Contracts prepared by developers, landlords, or real estate agencies can vary greatly in quality and may protect the interests of each party to differing—and sometimes unequal—degrees.
That’s why it is always wise to have such contracts reviewed by a lawyer before signing. Legal review helps ensure that your rights are fully protected and that the agreement reflects a fair and balanced arrangement.

E-Lawyering
Too busy to arrange a personal meeting with a lawyer?
Uncomfortable discussing your issue in person and prefer to communicate via email?
Health issues making it difficult to visit a law office?
Or does your legal matter seem too minor to justify an in-person consultation?
Then online legal advice—also known as e-lawyering—might be the ideal solution for you.
Corporate Law
Every company encounters situations that require changes such as expanding or narrowing its business scope, changing its registered office or statutory representatives, transferring business shares, or adjusting other aspects of internal corporate relations.
All filings with the Companies Register must be submitted electronically. If you are unfamiliar with this process, a lawyer can assist not only with the preparation of all necessary documents but also with the filing itself, including any required legal actions before the relevant trade authority.

Family Law
A conflict in this area of law is a challenging situation for all parties involved, especially if minor children are involved. Therefore, it is often very advisable to contact a lawyer when resolving disputes, who will be able to objectively assess the situations, claims and obligations of all parties involved, as an uninterested and help you get through the difficult situation.
