Time is money. I offer you the opportunity to resolve your legal issues directly from the comfort of your office or home. There’s no need to spend time meeting with a lawyer in person when professional advice is just a click away. In today’s digital age, visiting a law firm is not always necessary. Online legal services reduce costs and save you valuable time.
Guarantee of professionalism
Legal services are provided in accordance with Act No. 586/2003 Coll. on Advocacy by attorneys registered with the Slovak Bar Association, who are responsible for the legal advice they offer.
What legal services can be provided online
As part of online legal advice, I offer the following services in particular:
Drafting various types of contracts
Reviewing various types of contracts
Legal analyses and responses to simpler legal questions
Preparing submissions to a court or other authority, without the need for legal representation
Execution proceedings
Out-of-court agreements
How to do it
Send a description of your legal issue or request for legal services, along with any questions, to the email address nespalova@ba-advokat.sk.
If the legal service involves document review, please remember to attach the relevant document.Within a few hours (usually within 24 hours), you will receive an email outlining the estimated time required to provide the legal service (depending on the complexity of the issue) and the associated fee. The email may also include additional questions regarding your legal matter. Finally, you will find payment instructions for the legal services provided online.
Your order becomes binding and the timeline for delivering the legal service begins once the fee has been paid.
The provision of online legal services is completed when you receive an email containing the processed request you submitted (e.g., contract, submission, legal analysis, etc.) along with responses to any additional questions you may have.
